Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Roofnest apparel, but if your fit isn't perfect, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
